Bio

Scott Mandelker has a BA in Buddhist Studies (Naropa Institute, 1987), MA in Counseling (California Institute of Integral Studies; CIIS, 1990), and PhD in East West Psychology (CIIS, 1992) -- and is the author of three books: From Elsewhere: Being ET in America (1995), Universal Vision: Soul Evolution and Cosmic Plan (2000), and Book III: Selected Essays 2001-2010 (2011). The first two books were also translated in Japan, PRC & TW/HK China, and Poland.

Scott has studied & practiced Buddhism since 1980, given personal counseling from 1990, and seminars & study groups since 1995. He's spoken at New Age & UFO expos throughout the US, done numerous interviews, published online since 2000, and was founding Director of the national seminar tour, Time of Global Shift -- joining new science, prophecy & UFO metaphysics.

His work is both rigorous & esoteric, focused on principles of soul evolution & cosmic plan. Main themes include deep self-healing, RA Material (original L/L Research, Law of One) metaphysics & ET Wanderers, Pali Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, core Taoism & current global process. He lived in San Francisco from 1987-2009, moved to Asia in 2010, and currently resides by the Central Mountain Range in Taiwan.
